"Everytime you call Hunter Emory state farm you can guarantee you are going to get the most amazing customer service experience ever..I been with state farm for several years ..when company's say put the Customer 1st ..Hunter Emory state farm ALWAYS exceed with flying colors...I would like to give huge shout out to Candy ..it was the end of my work day and almost the end of hers ...Candy has sooo much patience ..knowledge ..but more importantly she listens to everything that Customers says ..I explained to her my hours were cut..and being single on only 1 income I needed to get my bill lowered..and that I loved to continue to stay with state farm...Candy went thru with a fine tooth comb everything as far as coverage and even broke it down ..gave examples of why or when I would need that coverage in case of something happening on the road way ...Candy was soo detail oriented that I could apply be state farm agent and feel comfortable taken a call...she was Outstanding!..Candy worked past 500pm closing and you never know it... she never rushed me it was like she had all the time in the world ...Candy made soo many changes to my policy savings me tons of money I can't thank her enough for not only going above and beyond her job but truly doing everything she could by putting herself in the customer shoes...If you ever call Candy at state farm Hunter Emory office you can tell that even outside of work she has a heart of gold and will do anything for anyone to make this world a better place....Anyone that works with Candy or calls in and speaks to her regarding a policy you will see what a asset to the company she is ...Candy a blessing to all those around her and to Hunter Emory who has always exceeded my expectations when I needed to file a claim for coverage I appreciate you and your office members...If you are looking to switch to insurance companys ...consider Hunter Emory state farm...it would be best move you will ever make ..It def worth the phone call if you are looking at switching ...5 star rating all day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Everything is fine on the Delaware side of State Farm! However the State Farm in New Jersey was supposed to refund me when I left! No check or credit at this time! I will wait!.. but like I said State Farm of Delaware is good!"

"I went in to add a new car to an existing policy and the whole process was so easy and fast which was great since I was on my lunch break. Emy was polite and straightforward. The lady that was front staff was super welcoming and polite as well. Highly recommend."
